Membership in the Hartington Community Foundation shall be open to all persons who are residents of the city of Hartington and its surrounding community or are interested in the future development and well-being of the area. Organizations, businesses and corporations are also invited to join the cause. Persons within an organization, business or corporation must have a Subscribing and Voting Membership in order to vote at the annual meeting. |
